About the Speaker

Mr. Joshua Yang

Joshua Yang is the Chairman of the board of managers of Lapistone Trust LLC, a public trust company regulated by the South Dakota Division of Banking.  Mr. Yang is a lawyer with more than 15 years of practicing experience.  He serves as family counsel to a number of wealthy Chinese families and advises them on wealth planning, trust formation, business arrangements and other issues.  In addition, Mr. Yang counsels investment managers on structuring and forming private investment funds, including hedge funds, commodity pools, commingled funds, group trusts and collective investment trusts.

Dr. Richard Ma

Richard Ma is a desk quant in equity derivatives at Wells Fargo Securities. He serves as the Vice President of CTIA's New York Chapter and holds a few leadership roles at other organizations. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park (Master and PhD), and the University of Science and Technology of China (BS).
